As our main focus is on perfect precision, we manufacture all wheel products by hand and exclusively in Germany. All processes in the production process are permanently subjected to quality checks and are documented without any gaps. Surface and color are exactly finished according to the customer’s requirements, all colors with code and RAL colors are possible. Special customer inquires such as manufacturer logo in the hub caps, own brand milling or engraving or accentuated outlines are always welcome at Wheelsandmore. We start where others need to stop.

All raw parts for our wheels are produced in Germany without exception and are completed to an unique wheel only by hand. Through constant quality control and minimal tolerances we achieve an unprecedented perfection. The wheels are always crafted according to customer´s option in color and surface. Customer requirements are always most important to us. Even complicated or exclusive finishes, such as hand layered carbonlook surface or high glossy consolidated surfaces without a trace of grinding are no problem to the refining options of the wheel specialistes from Wheelsandmore. We´re currently crafting 5 different wheel designs sizing 8.0×20 up to 13.0×22 inches. Don´t risk anything and experience with no TUV approved wheel components, such as imported wheels without any testimonal. For ECE and TUV required countries we supply all required documents such as TUV car approval or even MFK certifications for Switzerland. We´re are a DIN-ISO TUV certified manufacturer of high-end quality wheels.

As the only manufacturer of handcrafted wheels we even provide 2-piece carbon-tube forged wheels. The carbonwheels are TUV approved with 1000kg load rate. Compared to any other traditional method of wheel crafting our carbon wheels are much lighter and stronger. Even for supercars from Ferrari, Gumpert, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Pagani or Porsche with center lock application we´re able to provide wheels. The carbon wheels are only crafted on order. Please allow up to 10 weeks for customization on this high-end innovative components.

Functionality:

Dynamic pressure monitoring control with freely program-able parameters. The control can be freely configured to open the flaps at the desired time when reaching the set back pressure value. As a result, the maximum possible engine power is generated because power-reducing back pressure can be avoided. This control combines all advantages in both low and high speed ranges, as the back pressure can be set exactly for maximum engine power.
All information regarding the current flap status is sent to the car radio via Bluetooth / RDS and can be called up in the radio display. The remote control remains fully intact.

The switching modes:

Button 1) In travel mode the exhaust flaps open late or at full throttle
Button 2) In sports mode, the exhaust flaps open earlier or at full throttle
Button 4) In open mode, the exhaust flaps are permanently open

Advantage of back pressure monitoring:

Most damper controlled exhaust systems open the valves either rpm or speed dependent. However, since the engine power does not depend on speed or rpm, but on the back pressure, we achieve the maximum performance with our control unit in combination with perfectly constructed pipe diameters and ducts for all our exhaust systems, which are measured on a state-of-the-art dyno test.
Another major advantage of the controller is that it recognizes the driving style of the driver and opens the flaps even earlier at aggressive full throttle.

Our high-end exhaust is manufactured in the EU by hand on order and has two exhaust flaps. The control of the exhaust flaps is done by switch which finds place in the cigarette lighter. The systems are available made of stainless steel or Inconel 625.

Info Inconel 625 as a material for the construction of ultralight exhaust systems:

Inconel alloys are often used in areas with extremely high temperature loads. Compressor and turbine blades or combustors in gas turbines are typical applications. Also possible is the use in turbochargers and as a material for exhaust valves in supercharged internal combustion engines.

Because of the high price they´re often used for motor sports, for example in Formula 1, where manifolds are made of Inconel.

The advantage of Inconel 625 to stainless steel is the high temperature resistance of more than 1050 ° C and a weight saving of 45-60% (compared to stainless steel).

Hand-made valve flap exhaust systems 100% handmade in Germany

In addition to the possibility of hand-crafted exhaust systems for individual sports cars and super-sports cars, we offer for many models from Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Bentley, Chevrolet, Ferrari, Jaguar and Lamborghini , Maserati, Mercedes AMG and Porsche already perfectly developed exhaust systems. Almost all flap-controlled exhaust systems are ECE approved or are delivered with a TÜV parts certificate. This makes it possible to operate our exhaust systems in almost all European countries without any problem.

The starting point of the production of our exhaust systems is the laser-assisted measurement of the respective vehicle by means of a 3D laser scanner. We use the obtained data to develop the first prototypes, but only for simulation on the computer. All data required for the CAD software are cleared and exported accordingly. The next step is the virtual design of an exhaust system as the basis for the in-house pre-production.

Gradually, the optimum flow behavior of the exhaust system is determined on a high-performance performance test stand and the exhaust system is reworked for the highest accuracy, if necessary. All the findings of the coordination and further development then flow into the required data base for series production. We use only the finest 1.4828 stainless steel for the construction of the flap systems and since 2017 also we have been offering some systems made of ultralight Inconel 625.

Our constantly state-of-the-art production and highly motivated as well as qualified employees ensure the highest quality standards.

The exhaust is handcrafted of 1.4828 stainless steel exceptionel in Germany on order and contains 2 valve flaps. Controlling the flaps is done with our control unit.

Through intelligent construction the weight is reduced about 50%

Function of the back pressure monitoring control unit for remote controlled exhaust valve flaps

Freely program-able ECM-2 control with back pressure monitoring, two shapely remote controls, connection cable, solenoid valve and vacuum hoses

Functionality:

Dynamic pressure monitoring control with freely program-able parameters. The control can be freely configured to open the flaps at the desired time when reaching the set back pressure value. As a result, the maximum possible engine power is generated because power-reducing back pressure can be avoided. This control combines all advantages in both low and high speed ranges, as the back pressure can be set exactly for maximum engine power.
All information regarding the current flap status is sent to the car radio via Bluetooth / RDS and can be called up in the radio display. The remote control remains fully intact.

The switching modes:

Button 1) In travel mode the exhaust flaps open late or at full throttle
Button 2) In sports mode, the exhaust flaps open earlier or at full throttle
Button 4) In open mode, the exhaust flaps are permanently open

Advantage of back pressure monitoring:

Most damper controlled exhaust systems open the valves either rpm or speed dependent. However, since the engine power does not depend on speed or rpm, but on the back pressure, we achieve the maximum performance with our control unit in combination with perfectly constructed pipe diameters and ducts for all our exhaust systems, which are measured on a state-of-the-art dyno test.
Another major advantage of the controller is that it recognizes the driving style of the driver and opens the flaps even earlier at aggressive full throttle.
